Covid policy (2022): We realize that things are constantly changing with the covid situation.  At the moment we are moving ahead with having the Ball; if we are forced to cancel, or you are unable to attend due to covid, full refunds will be issued.  (You should not attend if you have a fever, symptoms of or recent exposure to covid-19, or other obvious signs of illness.)  For the protection and peace of mind of all participants, we are requiring attendees to show proof of full vaccination (Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J) – you can either email a photo of your card to our registrar, send in a copy with your registration, show it in person at Newport House, or have us check it at the door.  (We will NOT retain your personal information/images – just need to check you off on the list of attendees.)  We are at this time very strongly encouraging masking as an additional safety measure for the benefit of all, and will be following state, local, and CDC guidance over coming months as to whether masking will be required.  Please be sure to fill out your contact information legibly on the registration form in case it is needed for contact tracing.  Be aware that attending this in-person dance event carries inherent risk of exposure; by attending the Ball you accept personal responsibility for this risk.

To have a bit of fun with the situation, we are planning to have a mask contest: attendees can vote on the best/most creative/most beautiful covid masks worn at the ball, and prizes will be awarded at the end of the evening!

Register for the ball using the flier that will be attached here when available.

Dance instructions and videos will be posted when available.
